How Do I Migrate Tumblr Entries?

So yeah. I started another Tumblr blog instead of just renaming this old one because I initially wanted to keep that blog completely anonymous.

But then anonymity became too tedious, so I came out in the open.

If only I could migrate all my entries so that I’d have all the new blog posts transferred here. Is this possible?
